The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) is soon going to release notification for the Mac awaited RAS 2023 exam. CM Ashok Gehlot can also announce the recruitment and number of posts in the Rajasthan Budget 2023.
The interview process of the RAS 2022 is underway and as soon as the final list of the successful candidates will be released a new process for the RAS recruitment will start. This year is the last year of the Ashok Gehlot government and the government is facing a lot of criticism for the students because of various issues like paper leak and delay in the recruitment process.

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will shortly issue a notification for the recruitment of eligible candidates to the post of Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS). The RAS exam is one of the most prestigious exams in the state of Rajasthan and attracts a large number of applicants each year.
According to the RPSC notification, the eligibility criteria for the RAS exam include a minimum age limit of 21 years and a maximum age limit of 40 years. Candidates will also be given age relaxation based on their categories they belong.

Age Relaxation notice – Candidates are advised to make fresh/new caste certificates to avail the benefit of age relaxation. The caste certificates must not be older than 6 months of the form filling.
RPSC is going to conduct the RAS 2023 exam for the posts of RAS ( Rajasthan Administrative Services), RPS ( Rajasthan Police Services), RTS ( Rajasthan Tehsildar Services) and grade B and Grade C officers.
Candidates must also hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
The selection process for the RAS exam consists of three stages: a preliminary exam, a main exam, and an interview.
The preliminary exam will consist of multiple choice questions in General Studies, General Awareness, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The main exam will consist of conventional essay-type questions in General Studies, General Awareness, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. Finally, the interview will assess the candidate’s suitability for the post and will be conducted by a panel of experts.
The RPSC notification also mentions that the RAS exam will be held in offline mode and will be conducted in English and Hindi. Admit cards for the RAS exam will be available on the official RPSC website a few weeks before the exam date.
